Lovin it!!

The weather has been just amazing lately! Last Thursday Dusty took a vaction day and we spent the day at the beach. The weather couldn't have been more perfect. It was warm, sunny, and no wind. Dusty was able to surf before joining the boys and I for some sand castles and chase on the sand. It was so perfect that we didn't head home until 5:00 when the sun began to set.

Saturday we headed west to avoid the Cucamonga wind tunnel. We stopped at Herritage park and had a picnic with my parents. It was again an amazing day of 75 degree weather. In fact, Gavin said "Hey guys it's a beautiful day!" It was too cute. The kids played until they were worn out. I hope this warm weather continues, cause I'm lovin it!! :)

Counting Down

In 35 days or less we will have a new baby in our home!! We are so excited to meet our first daughter that we can't stop thinking about all the excitment that we have ahead of us. We are ready for her arrival. The nursery is done for the most part, clothes are washed, the car seat is in the trunk of my car, and our bags are packed. Am I forgetting anything? Mentally we are preparing ourselves for a little less sleep and lots of diaper changes, but the positives are definately out weighing the negatives. Overall, we are just praying for a healthy baby girl :) and can't wait to meet her!!

Gavin's Christmas Program

Gavin's preschool, Water of Life, held a Christmas Program on Monday night. Dusty and I were excited to see what was in store. There were a TON of three and four year old kids. They sang a couple Christmas carols including Joy to the World. Gavin was very shy but did an excellent job!

Celebrating with Friends

Let the Festivities Begin!

We have been busy with Christmas parties and merry gatherings. I was invited to spend the day with Lincoln at his preschool, Oralingua, last Friday.

First the kids made some Christmas crafts.

Then we gathered around the table for a party with yummy treats for the kids. Later we went to a larger room and joined the rest of the preschool and kindergarden classes for a performance.

Each class sang a Christmas song. It s was too cute! Lincoln didn't sing much; he was so shy. But he did stand their looking handsome as ever.

A surprise visitor, Santa Clause joined us. He called each student up to sit on his lap and gave them a special gift.

They exchanged gifts with their classmates and teachers. Here is a picture of Lincoln's teachers who he and I adore! (Ms. Tracy & Ms. Debbie)

Lincoln and I had a wonderful day!

Hijacked

A couple nights ago, the boys snuck into our bed after we put them to bed and went down stairs to watch a movie. We found them cuddling like this a couple hours later :)
