Hookie
We took a break from all our busy appointments this week to hangout poolside at my parents house. We even talked Daddy into playing hookie from work to spend the day with us. We were all thrilled! It was a great change of pace and decided we should do this every Wednesday. (wishful thinking!)

Memorial Day 2010
Our family headed down to Del Mar to spend Memorial Weekend at the beach. The four of us spent some much needed time together. We stayed at a cute little place called the Del Mar Motel which is located right on the sandy beaches of Del Mar. It was the perfect location for us. Dusty was able to surf right out front of our room while the boys and I walked the beach. I was able to take my jogging stroller right onto the sand and walked for miles at the waters edge. There is a great park right next door, and ice cream shop, and many restaurants which are all within walking distance. I loved the fact that I didn't have to get in the car once the whole weekend. Gavin and Lincoln loved the sand and water. It was a perfect getaway and we can't wait to go back!
